Acceptance of terms

By installing and using CRED for Microsoft Teams ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Description of service

CRED for Microsoft Teams is a bot that works inside Microsoft Teams and gives you access to CRED's predictive intelligence platform. The App allows you to:

• Query company and market data from CRED's coverage
• Upload and analyze files (PDFs, CSVs, Excel, images)
• Create and manage data structures within CRED
• Receive insights and recommendations

Account requirements

To use the App, you must:

• Have an active CRED account subscription
• Authenticate via OAuth during installation
• Have appropriate permissions in your Microsoft Teams workspace

AI-generated content

Important: The App uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and insights. AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or outdated information. You should:

• Verify critical information through official sources
• Use AI responses as a starting point, not as definitive answers
• Exercise professional judgment when making business decisions

CRED is not responsible for decisions made solely based on AI-generated content.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to CRED systems
• Upload malicious files or content
• Use the App to generate harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the App's source code

Intellectual property

The App and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by CRED and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CRED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Changes to terms

We may change these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the App or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
